As a new resident of Holland I am trying to establish an account for my CPAP supplies but maybe this is too big of a company for personalize service. I went through a 5 minute message before I could get a person to answer, a recorded message, then was put on hold for several minutes and told that they were talking to other customers and finally asked to put in a call back number. It's been about 10 minutes and I am still waiting.

Jamie B. Was incredibly helpful in informing me about the set up, functions and cleaning procedures for my airsense 11. Very clear about what information would also be and where it would be in the folder I’d take home, as well as how to contact with any questions might have in a general sense of anything. Absolute delight of a person! I left feeling very confident and sure on how to use my equipment for a good nights rest.

Carelink is the worst durable medical supplier in the country. You can wait hours to order your CPAP supplies. They only want to do business with you when it is convenient for them, which is not very often. You have a choice. Don't use them. I will post again tomorrow with some of those options.
