Carl from Care Linc was so friendly & gave us a great overview of all the equipment and very helpful tips. He really knows his stuff. Made for a good transition and arrived the afternoon we got home.
The staff in Holland was excellent. However when I called the main number, I was told by whoever answered that the rental charge was $150 for the equipment I needed. (because insurance wouldn’t cover it.) I was charged $150 by the Holland office as expected. Returned the equipment on time and then was sent a bill for $225. I had to pay an extra $79.50. I was charged more for the equipment than they said. Not happy about that.
