Apparently I have sleep apnea and I needed a CPAP machine. My insurance referred me to Carelinc of West Branch. I'm so glad they did! I didn't even really understand sleep apnea and kinda felt stupid about the whole idea of needing a machine to sleep. The second I met Chad, that all changed! Samantha did a great job. She was professional courteous and knowledgeable.
Samantha has continually gone above and beyond helping me get set up with a CPAP machine and troubleshooting problems with the first one I got. She's been patient, kind, and willing to try anything to make the equipment work for me. She's an awesome help and definitely a good example of excellent customer service.
Great service. Forgot part of our sleep apnea machine and they were able to help us. They gave us the cushion part free. Highly recommend this place as they really care about the customer.
