Samantha has continually gone above and beyond helping me get set up with a CPAP machine and troubleshooting problems with the first one I got. She's been patient, kind, and willing to try anything to make the equipment work for me. She's an awesome help and definitely a good example of excellent customer service.
Great service. Forgot part of our sleep apnea machine and they were able to help us. They gave us the cushion part free. Highly recommend this place as they really care about the customer.
I’ve recently been put on 24/7 oxygen and they have been nothing but compassionate to me and very helpful. I called today to let them know I would need enough oxygen tanks to last me about 9 hours on Monday. They said they would be here later in the afternoon but they were here in less than an hour. Also, when my oxygen was first ordered as soon as they got the order the oxygen was here in my home within the hour. Great service I would 100% recommend them to friends and family
