Not a very good company my husband new mask orders for over 3weeks ago they will tell you that it will be there on a certain day and never arrived when you call no one more anything then they play the name game good luck on getting your Apena supies
I went to the office with an order from my doctor for a replacement cpap mask, simple thing right? Apparently not. I was told either I could wait or I could receive a call once they got sleep study test results to submit For insurance. It is now one week later, still no replacement mask. The staff is incompetent & don't even know what papers to fax to request medical information from my doctor. I am currently looking online for another place to submit my order to.
Always get good customer service They are really good about delivery and pick up! I always use this carelink for my medical supplies
