Carelife offers a wonderful product, that is easy to use for our residents. When the pendant is pressed it notifys our aides and within a few minutes our resident is taken care of. It's also waterproof which is very helpful. The team at Carelife is amazing and easy to work with. They go above and beyond to make sure our facilities are taken care of.
Our facility has absolutely loved using this program. It was so easy to implement and train on, that it made switching to a new system not seem like a huge deal. It has made tracking the cares our residents are receiving so easy! Along with showing us more insight on the cares that our residents are receiving it has showed us which employees are going above and beyond and those that may need more support. We would recommend this system to all assisted livings!
