Good discount plan
Terrible! Payment is totally screwed up. Charging me an annual fee on a monthly basis! I can sign in because it will not recognize my email! Many people involved with no help!!
Just signed up with them and already nothing but problems. Can't get a ID card. They say they have mailed 2 of them but none received and now they don't take my calls. Also gave me a non-working number for customer service. I am not sure I even have coverage.
We could not be happier with the staff and doctors in the two practices we have used through Careington. Without our Careington membership we would never have found these professionals and we are planning on spreading the word. Thank you, Careington!
