Annual charge for renewal was denied 2nd year in a row. Got a heads up charge was coming but credit card info was not up to date. Have to contact Careington now via phone. PITA
Regarding Provider access in portal. The data base is not updated on a timely manner and have looked for dentist providers for past 1.5 years have dropped out consistently. I have called many dentist in the area and no one is using Careington 500 dental plan
Not all dentists listed were actually active and not all prices listed for the original plan i was considering from the site I was using. I think I've found the best plan for me for the best price on the Careington site. It's hard to review before signing up!
