I received a nuisance phone call from Janet at Careica. I have not done business with them but rented a Cpap with Rana back in the days. Years ago. She pretended to be interested in my well-being and I told her I was not interested in anything and hung up. She retaliated with an email and scolded me for being annoyed at these sales tactics. Customer service... then again I'm not a customer so I suppose all is fair for them. If I wanted something from them I would call them. Not vice-versa.
