We use this service for my dad and we honestly couldn’t be happier. At first my dad was highly resistant to getting in home help but now he wouldn’t want to manage without Orla! She has been fantastic in keeping my dad organized in his home and with his meds. She goes above and beyond to make sure he is doing everything he should be doing to remain happy and healthy in his own home. He looks forward to her visits every week. CareHop worked with us to find the right caregivers for my parents, and they have been an excellent fit. My mother has a strong need for companionship, and the PSWs they matched her with have been perfect. Positive and reassuring, and good at listening to her.

The staff and leadership are truly genuine and care about your well-being as an employee. They strive to keep you motivated and really want you to succeed. This is my 2nd year with the company and I have always felt supported by my managers, admin and leadership team. They are flexible, understanding and caring. This is on behalf of my grandmother: Wendy DiMatteo has been working with my husband for a few months now. He had been diagnosed with Parkinson’s and he has Alzheimer’s although early stages. Wendy is a kind and caring individual, my husband looks forward for visits, he eagerly participates in all of the exercise routines which in my opinion is so critical to strengthening the muscles.
