I went in for a health screening and unfortunately was very disappointed. I saw Dr Carly and she completely dismissed and brushed off my concerns and she told me my labs looked good and that everything was normal so I went to check for myself and a lot of them were not normal and way out of normal range. However, the nurse that saw me was very kind and professional. If you have health concerns I recommend another clinic.
This is my primary care clinic and the care I've received over the last few years has been great. Always able to get in when needed and they make sure you're staying on top of recommended screenings. I've seen 3 of the Doctors in person and they've all been great. The entire staff is friendly and kind. I have a rare blood disorder and didn't know it. The staff here got me to the right specialist and likely saved my life. I'm not particularly fond of doctoring but the staff at the Montana State Clinic make it quite pleasant.
All in all it’s not bad for a free clinic. The providers themselves are amazing however, I am a type 1 diabetic so I see an endocrinologist for that. I don’t go to the doctor much otherwise. That being said I have been coming to the clinic to get my A1c since being diagnosed in 2017. Other than being pregnant twice since then (your diabetic care goes to your OB at that point). Edit/update: While I was to be a patient, someone as poorly-trained in customer care and comprehension as Mindy make it impossible. Disgusting and uninformed, she approaches patients as though they are uneducated. Comments and actions she made toward me merit a formal complaint, which will happen. Original: My initial consultation with a new doctor for me was great. Very caring and efficient.
