Healthcare provider is amazing. However, clerically, it's a mess. Communication (when present) is slow. No direct number. Other providers cannot reach them for authorization. I called Care Here and they said they could not even reach their own clinic. This puts patients like me at a huge disadvantage in terms of receiving proper medical care in a timely fashion.
