I had an odd experience trying to fill a prescription with this pharmacy. My provider sent over the prescription. After 24 hours, I called to check whether it had been filled. I was told by whoever answered the phone that they haven't received it yet and they had no "profile" in my name, so to call back tomorrow. I asked a few questions to ensure it was a matter of waiting for it to be sent vs the pharmacy not receiving it or not being able to fill it, and I was quickly dismissed and told to call back tomorrow. While they have limited hours, they have super friendly staff, great service and the cleanest store I’ve ever seen.
Every single time I deal with this pharmacy they are nothing but efficient, sweet, and accommodating. Would highly recommend getting your prescriptions filled here!
I recently had a medical emergency, and the staff at this pharmacy were incredibly supportive and understanding. They made sure I had all the medications I needed and even checked in on me after I left. I am so grateful for their kindness
