Initially, my experience with Carehandler was frustrating. The interface was a little clunky and unintuitive, with persistent glitches—like appointments disappearing or being double scheduled—made it hard to trust. We have been using My CareHandler for several months now and it has improved how our office functions. Our staff enjoy using the app in the field. It has overhauled our company. We can rely on its functions to organize each client and caregiver with all the required documentation, and it has reduced the need for paper files and all the Excel spreadsheets that we were using prior.
