Caregivers of America could use some improvements as far as professionalism in the office my niece had to take her tb shot twice because the head nurse made some sort of mistake. She has said since they switched coordinators that was the best decision the company made. her coordinator Jessica is very attentive, fixes issues at hand very professionally, she always has great attitudes very friendly, very informative and overall makes the experience at the office better.
Very professional, nice and endearing people.. The staff is amazing! Truly care for their patients well being.
