HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ! My first week I didn’t get paid and was told there was a glitch in the system with ADP and 6,000 ppl didn’t get paid. Then to find out my check was affected due to payroll improperly putting in my bank information is devastating. I’m currently searching for a new agency for my client

Very surprised at the low rating because they have been nothing but great to me and from experience the only time my check is wrong is when I don’t clock in and or out, but they are really good with any back pay. My case manager is very responsive and always willing to help!

Yes all the attitudes the staff got but yet they barely got a three star rating! The staff are disgraceful and disgusting! This place needs zero stars!!! Literally everybody that works there has a nasty attitude down to payroll. I’m urging everyone to leave if you’re a care giver there. They act like you’re doing them a favor and they are beneath you when they talk. Half of them DONT SPEAK ENGLES!
