Omg avoid at all cost, this is a company of liars, cheaters and thieves. The company fired their best caregivers and hired unskilled caregivers to save money. This place is the definition of unprofessional, and corporate greed. If I could give negative stars I would!!
Awful company to work for. The Lewistown office terminated one of their top employees, after 2yrs of employment, for having a criminal background. The same background they hired her with. She worked no less than 60hrs a week. She had no write ups, no complaints, no disciplinary actions against her. She was a model employee for 2yrs. She earned a promotion & that's what got her fired. Avoid this company
I started working for Caregivers America(Lewistown) in 2022. For 2yrs I have been a model employee. I have worked 60-70hrs each week. I started as a DCW, promoted to Expert DCW, most recently promoted to Care Coordinator. My newest position was to start 3/25/24. On 3/22/24 I received a phone call & was terminated effective immediately. Reason being, I have a previous criminal record. My background was ran in 2022 when I started with the company. Great company to work for. I started working for this company the beginning of 2022. I hold the expert position in our area(Lewistown). My boss & office staff are great. Tawna is probably the best person I've ever worked for. Never hesitates to listen if there's an issue & always tries to find a solution. She absolutely does the best with what she has to work with.
