I noticed they took down the one review where the woman said that the caregiver was on parole. I guess they took that down, as they will this post.I have or had many antiques and antique jewelry. I had been burglarized before so I only let her in my house the entire time she worked at my home. She worked here for months so I trusted her. Would not recommend at all. No communication when someone is unable to come to work or scheduling issues despite requesting a call several times. Unsure of background check process as last aide was still in parole. Last couple of aides sent were chronically late and basically did nothing once they arrived.
Love working for this company. They are so understandable and flexible with scheduling and make not only their clients happy, they make the employees!
In the almost 3 years I have been with CareGivers America, I have had the pleasure of meeting and caring for many wonderful people. The office staff is very supportive and eager to help you do your job correctly. The consumers I have worked with are so very appreciative of your efforts it makes it a joy to go to work. The flexible schedule is something I couldn't find at any other job. It's a great place to work.
