Whoever the old white guy was in the company car at the airport doesn't know how to drive. He made a left hand turn from a right hand only turn lane. No signal, no awareness of other cars around him. So that guy is a terrible driver. Competency matters in all areas of life. That guy needs to be less arrogant & needs to learn how to drive. CORRECTLY!!!!!

I worked for CareGivers of America for 8 years. It was the only company we could use for the waiver my brothers have. It took me a bit to write a review but with all I've experienced with them, I had to. Sadly its not a good one. They never made any plans for the DSP or the clients to do any events; now in another company I realize how abnormal that is, and it shows the lack of care they have for their clients and their lives. Current employee here. Do not go with these people if you are looking to get paid for your disabled child or parent whatever. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY WILL GET YOU GOOD.

I worked here for 4 years…. Out of their Lewistown PA office. I was treated like dirt! I could go on and on about the treatment but I will say the important. And that is I have been resigned from this company for over a month. I still get emails about things. Whatever. BUT now they’re TEXTING ME from ON CALL phones which when I worked there that was a huge no no you COULD NOT text the ON CALL phones AT ALL it was for EMERGENCIES only. Funny huh? Ive had a frustrating experience with this agency. I've tried reaching out multiple times regarding the home health aide for my son, but unfortunately, I have not received any response. Timely communication is crucial for us, and due to the lack of response, I have to reconsider moving forward with their services. It's essential to work with an agency that is responsive and attentive to our needs, and this experience has NOT met those expectations.
