My daughter has been a client of CareGivers for several years. Without their services, she would not be thriving. I've worked the past 12 years (40 hours/week) with the same level 3 enhanced client under CareGivers' headship. I cannot say that this company (nor Modivcare that owns it) has lived up to its claim of prioritizing its employees. It has only in the past year started to allow its workers to accrue PTO. There are zero paid holidays, not even federal holidays. And, unconscionably, I never received a single raise or even cost of living increase until I pleaded for it last year. Kim, Karen and Josh have and continue to be extremely supportive. Whenever I have a need they each have been very attentive and moves quickly to resolve my issues. They all are very knowledgeable and treat me with a great amount of professionalism. I am so grateful to be able to work with each f them.
