Well we're to start... don't take anyone you care for there. For safety reasons...I'm not say this just because I I Resign from there..I had to go over to the client I was carrying for a few days a week and doing alot more then I should of. But day and nights that I wasn't working she had no one and caregivers did not care or even try to fix it. So I would have to go over and find her covered in Feces and pee crying. Poor management skills. We work 16,18,20 hrs shifts! No brakes, no lunch, no bathroom!! The office plays favorites. Scheduling is always being changed without notice. As caregivers we have rights! Right to eat, right to the bathroom, right to work in a clean, sanitize, safe environment!!! Specifically when working 32hr shifts and clocking out every 12hrs for one hour to get around the 16hr shift limit law!! We are not appreciated!!! Nepotism runs the office. Worked for them , worst place I've ever worked with and for , unorganized Noone knows how to inform employees when there are changes , don't pay u right screwed me out of mileage for running arranges for Client arrands , missed hrs that I worked and was told they don't care about , employees are patients ,said they did house visits for clients monthly, didn't do a one , I would not recommend this company to take care of a fish , they hire drug addicts , one lady was so high when I was filling out app in back room she was tal... read more
