Worst ever.paid for this warranty through joe Cecconi's in niagara falls ny.$100 deductible n they wont pay for the repair that needs to be done to my jeep.they want me to pay x amount cuz they only cover certain amount which is nowhere stated in warranty coverage..poorest customer service ever dealt with

Working with Anthony S. is always a pleasure. He handles and processes our customers claims quickly, and efficiently. Above all, he is very professional and kind. I would recommend Caregard to anyone and I am very happy to work with them.
My first interaction with Caregard customer service was terrible. I called in to get assistance on a flat tire and where to take my car. They told me I needed to call all of the tire repair shops around me to see if they accepted their service rather than pointing me to best local service. The service was very rude and told me she couldn't help. I cancelled my service and paid out of pocket. I can't imagine going through a claim them with them.
Called in to inquire about adding additional coverage options and Stephanie in sales was so kind to thoroughly explain in depth coverages, terms and maximum benefit cost. Thank you Stephanie for your knowledge and expertise today!
