The whole staff is wonderful especially if you have a dog that is reactive in anyway. It makes the vet visits less stressful for you and your dog!
I can’t say enough good things about this vet office! From the moment I stepped in the door for the first appointment, I was impressed by how warm and welcoming the entire staff is, from the front desk team to the vet techs and doctors. They have been incredibly accommodating, especially with my timid dog, taking the time to make sure he feels safe and comfortable during his visits. We had a wonderful experience at Carefur! We have a five month old kitten, who is blind. He gets agitated with unfamiliar sounds and environments. We saw Hollie and Dr. Wood and they were absolutely AMAZING! They approached him with so much gentleness, kindness and care. Dr. Wood even sat on the floor with him to help him feel comfortable and safe. Our little guy was so comfortable, he was walking around and checking everything out. Dr Wood and his staff are AMAZING!!!!! I am conflicted with sending this review as I am afraid he will get bombarded with new clients and it will be difficult for us to get an appointment! However, I must do the review as I am so incredibly thankful for finding him and Dr Gross who also works at Guilford Veterinary Hospital. She is the reason I found Dr. Wood.
