RecommendedWas so pleased when I picked up my grandson’s uniform shirt today. He had a huge glob of black ink on the front and they were able to get it all out. Looks like new!!!! Great service. Very pleasant to work with.
We had an issue with a lost suit and no return phone calls. Once we got in contact with Doug, the owner, he reviewed our attempts to correspond with his manager and saw we were not being taken care of. He made things right. It's nice to see that a small business owner is willing to take care of his customers. Thanks Doug for helping resolve the issue. It was very much appreciated.
Prepaid $70 for a ball gown to be hemmed and the hem was uneven. Shorter in the back longer in the front. The Military Ball is Friday this is Monday.

I have given this cleaners too many chances. Specifically asked "Please make sure that these do not get double creased as I have a ceremony that I have to attend when I pick these up" But of course I pick them up And my uniform shirts and And bottoms are double creased
I picked up an item and it had parts of it missing! No one from the company bothered to get back to me after I wrote to the company on their website and the lady at the Signal Butte location couldn't have cared less. Now I can't wear the item and it was expensive. I can't believe I paid for this.
I left brand new very expensive sheets at the Signal Butte Rd location. They had been washed and ironed only twice before I brought them in. I never saw them again. No one returns my calls, no one has sent a check as promised and when I go in ( 8 times now ) they promise the owner will call or they will call to give me with information about their search. If you like your clothes DO NOT USE Ruined shirts and refuses to make right. TERRIBLE customer service. Run as fast as you can.
