RecommendedThis is my third spa in 30 years. However, there were several years gap between my last spa to my new Bullfrog Tub. I couldn't be happier! Carefree's staff was helpful and provided great support. The install crew arrived right on time. The install was fast and easy. When they left, I was already filling the tub. Our BullFrog spa is AMAZING!!! Go see Shane if you want a quality spa, someone who is knowledgable, and no high pressure sales pitches.
I tried out the endless pool system with Kevin the salesman and it is an awesome pool. I need therapy because I have had a double hip replacement and this thing is the bomb. It has a treadmill in it where you can set it to go as fast or as slow as you like, and in the water you can do more than you actually can outside of the water. I purchased a Bullfrog spa from Shane in April and couldn't have been happier with the experience. Shane provided outstanding customer service, answered all my questions, promptly responded to every issue, and personally ensured everything went smoothly. I rarely find someone who meets my expectations as a customer, but Shane exceeded them in every way. He truly went above and beyond.
