My wife had a broken bridge that Carefree Smiles made 2 years ago. It broke. She went to get it replaced. We have insurance. Prior to the procedure, she told them to bill insurance and we would pay the balance. She had an allergic reaction to the anesthesia. Instead of treating her for the reaction, they pressured her to pay the full amount even though they had not billed insurance or completed the work. The only reason I am giving two stars is because they hygienists are thorough, gentle, and nice. During my experience with Dr Vasireddy, I felt she was condescending towards me as I didn't have the money previously to do fillings, so when I came back they were obviously a bit worse. She proceeded to recommend me out for a root canal to a different dentist. I followed my gut instinct and made an appointment with my previous dentist, who is about an hour away.
