Service department. Is of zero help. Impossible to get a hold of. Zero help when finally reached. No support, worst customer experience i can recall, brand new trailer falling apart and carefree wont even call me back. Avoid going here,
Rented this unit. Great unit. It was clean. Everything was automated which was a bonus. Slide out added much needed room, solar. Very friendly and accommodating. Fully recommend!

I wanted to give 5 stars, but things are hit and miss in my experience here. I purchased a used motorhome here. The sales process was good, particularly Don that I dealt with was great. The person I was working with in finance, Monique, was also very helpful. I had arranged a date for pickup about 1.5 weeks after purchase, but during the inspection something came up and they needed to order a new water heater, unfortunately that delayed the pickup, but they managed to get it and get it in which only delayed pickup by 3 day w... read more
