Carefree rv was a great experience to visit when looking at new trailers. When we first arrived we were greeted by Tania. With Tania's welcoming smile and positive attitude she made us feel comfortable and very welcomed. With her knowledge and wisdom we were able to feel relaxed and were able to take our time looking at trailers. We never felt pushed or overwhelmed like we were rushed into anything. Emily or sale associate was very helpful helping with me finding a new travel trailer and Monique did all the work getting the financing paperwork done. Very happy with our purchase. The RV and Trailer selection is great and the people there are very pleasant and helpful and will take all the time you need and you never feel rushed or pressured.
I traded in my Winnebago Revel for a Winnebago Ekko and Tanner was awesome throughout the process even though I was from out of town and so couldn’t see the actual unit in person till shortly before purchase. He answered the many questions I asked thoroughly and respectfully without any pressure to make a decision. He even sent pictures with a tape measure for clarity when I requested specific measurements.
