We got our new Chevy Trailblazer setup to flat tow. Carefree RV did the work. It was excellent. Cheyney spends the time to explain all the technical aspects and answers all of our questions. I would highly recommend Carefree for your RV needs.

This facility has a spotless shop. Our Equinox was a very involved installation. The entire front end had to be taken off to install the tow base plate. With all the electronics involved in the front end, sides and rear there is a lot to keep track of, and to make sure they are not damaged or forgotten when reassembling the car. All wiring was neatly secured to the car and out of the way. All the seams and corners were perfectly aligned with no gaps or scratches after replacement. We rented a well-maintained and clean RV. When we got to our site we had problems doing to do the fact that we were novices. We called the help line and we’re actually expertly guided through the problems we were having. I would highly recommend these folks. they know what they’re doing.

Excellent service. Would recommend to everyone. Thank you Christine and Sean! Easy to communicate with even after hours and on weekends. We had a problem with the electrical and were in NJ at a camp site and the Technician Cheyney came out to fix the problem. Would give 10 stars if I could. Thanks again!
