We had a fabulous experience with Carefree RV. Our RV was all that it was presented to be. We arrived to find it ready for our use, beautifully clean and the refrigerator on and nice and cold for us to fill with our food. Great group of people and RV's. When my camper ended up in shop longer than expected I needed to rent something last minute. Had a nice selection of models. I rented a Class A (2022 ACE 27'). Reservation was easy and the woman in the office was very helpful with my questions. The walk-through / check-out was easy and the rental unit was nice and clean and easy to drive and use. Had one tech question during trip which was promptly addressed with a phone call (user error issue). Will rent again!
We’ve rented close to 10x’s from CareFree and have always had a great experience. The RV’s are clean, the staff walks through everything before you leave, and they are all around friendly. Highly recommend!
Very simple to deal with and overall a nice RV. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Only downside is the different fees doubled the price of the nightly fees but good service and super easy to use.
When we saw the astronomical prices hotels were charging for Penn State graduation, we had to think outside the box and decided to rent a sprinter van for the weekend. It was so comfortable and easy to drive. When we hit unexpected traffic and were running late for the ceremony, we were able to pull right into the parking lot, run to the back of the van to change and freshen up, and we walked in the door just as the graduation began.
