Checked into a VRBO that was managed by Vacasa. No sheets for one of the beds, 2 towels for four people, dishwasher full, refrigerator has bottles of half-drunk liquids. Customer service is via text with someone in a foreign country. Completely frustrating. Avoid this outfit like the plague.
Jay Peak Slopeside condo - great location for ski in/ski out!!! We walked to the slopes everyday for first chair. Great location if skiing/riding is what you are there for. House had everything we needed, shovels for all the fresh powder, scissors, new pots/pans, laundry and dishwasher pods, soaps, new sponges and paper towels. Entrance was around the corner of the condo and we never saw another person until Friday morning when we checked out. It was maybe 100 yards from door to slope.
Perfect family vacation home in any season! We have stayed at a different ski house every weekend since the beginning of january and this was by far our favorite. The home is clearly a home that is loved by its owners, it is well cared for and well appointed. The location is perfect (10 minutes from jay and walking distance to dining and shopping). The river is right out the back door, with a little lawn and great outside living space. The home was comfortable for us, but we could have invited another family to stay with us!... read more
