Excellent and efficient work when installing our pool in 2021! Since then, they have been very helpful and courteous with testing and making recommendations to maintain the pool. They are THE BEST pool company in the CSRA.
I usually give average reviews and never poor ones. But I am so upset with Pete Atlewine and their employee, Chris AND service in general. We ordered a hot tub cover that took awhile to get delivered. Could be from Hurricane Helene. That was ok with us. But then we needed a new Hot Tub Lift because ours was rusted out. We bought and paid for a new Hot Tub Cover Lift. The day they were supposed install, they left a phone message saying, it would be delayed. No problem. Great experience working with the awesome "Team" at Pete Alewine Pools. From the design, scheduling, and construction crews, they were all extremely professional, helpful, and nice. Kept us informed at all stages of the project. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them or use them again, if needed.
Pete's team is amazing and was so helpful from the sales to all of there service teams. They did an amazing job to help us with our pool remodel. The communication from the team was amazing and that is what makes a great contractor great is communication. You will not be disappointed when you contract with the Pete Alewine Pool and Spa team. Five star service all the way.
We had the most amazing experience with Pete and the entire crew of Pete Alewine Pool! I would never consider using any other pool company than them. They are amazing and really care about the customer experience! If I could give them more than 5 stars I would!
