First time using this company and it is not going well. Poor communication, no call backs, and after pre paying in March, it is now July and my pool is no closer to being open. So disappointed.
We are very satisfied with our new 21' above ground pool. The entire installation was done in one day. The installation team was fantastic.

Staff are knowledgeable and helpful. Always friendly and polite. The first time they came to look at my pool to open it for the summer they noted I needed an on and off valve and installed that the same day. I highly recommend Carefree Pools in Brockville Ontario.❤️
