I had a huge project on deadline. I had a paper jam that was impossible to fix on my own. This was late in the afternoon. MP not only answered the phone right away, but they had their repair person call me immediately. He was able to walk me through the steps to fix the problem. I called Carefree Office Technology to repair my HP Laser Jet P3005 dn printer. The tech did not print an event log (which would have helped him pinpoint the cause of the problem) and recommended that the pickup roller be replaced. The tech spent 25 minutes replacing the pickup roller, charged $165 for labor + $19 for the part, and said the printer needed a separation pad which he did not have with him.
