I am a long-time customer who has had great service and care. I realize I need to call arrange times for start-up and winterization but have always gotten a postcard putting me on alert that it is time to set things up. When troubles have occurred they have been most helpful in resolving them

They installed our irrigation system and we have faithfully used them since; over 15 years. We normally had to call them to ask them to open or close our system and send the backflow test, even though we always paid for the annual maintenance. This year they never did the backflow so we had to pay another contractor to do that and are getting ready to pay another contractor to close our system even though we've already paid for it through Carefree. We tried to proceed with a small claims suit against this company. They were awful and they never filed any backflow test for our system in all the years we had them... although we paid for this. Owner is totally unresponsive.
