Buyers beware!! I bought a new construction back in January of 2022 and after $137k worth of damages later we come to find out carefree homes never fully finished the home and then has an inspector sign off on it without properly inspecting. there was an A/C drip pan in the attic that they never finished, and so water was flooding throughout for over a year. we’ve had Carefree home out multiple times and each time they did nothing to fix it. it wasn’t until after Servpro and other con got involved that we discovered they sol... read more
