Disappointing experience from the very beginning! First of all the salesman measured incorrectly, not by inches but by feet. So the install day came and they had to take the product back and re order it. We ordered a specific kind of door which they told us that we had to pay extra for, but on the 2nd install date they were totally different doors that arrived. We had Kent as our installer today. He was extremely courteous and took time to answer our questions. We are extremely happy that we went with CareFree Home Pros for our walk-in shower.
I had Shane as an installer. He was excellent and very personable. He went over every detail with me and made sure I was completely satisfied with each aspect of the installation. Also Carolyn was a pleasure to speak with.. she made sure I was completely satisfied as well. Also the plumber was very cordial and did a great job. Thank you so much!!!💕
