I suggested to the owner to return me $400 for a 10 minutes "assessment" copy and paste (Dec 2024) because he issued an additional non assessment deductible invoice of $2,000 for the "job" that could not be performed on the 40 floor roof or in the basement as required in writing and presented to me. So, this company does not need to work at all but collecting money for its "assessments" and as reported looking for immediate cash. Avoid if you can. I highly recommend Jon and team from Carefree Heating and Cooling. I’ve never dealt with a more responsive and reputable company. It’s tough to get a call back from anyone in this day and age, Not with Carefree! They took care of me like I was family, prioritizing me, educating me on the pros and cons of all of my options as an unbiased 3rd party. Yes that’s right Jon didn’t sell me on something that had the best profit margins, he didn’t recommend something that would require high service costs or labor and he didn’t push m... read more
