I have no idea what happened to this pharmacy but they really crashed and burned. Their turn around time used to be 2-3 business days and now they state it’s 5-8. They WILL NEVER answer the phone or call back . They say to respond by text and still nobody responds. I had to call my doctor today and have my script changed to North Valley because this place simply doesn’t respond to anyone. Sorry to see this business fall.
New to the area, looking for a compounding pharmacy. This one will not be the one. They don’t answer their phone, don’t return text messages as they request customers to do, and provide no communication. If you’re too busy to take care of new customers then you must not need new business. DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY! I switched my feline's medication over to this pharmacy because it was closer to my house. This pharmacy didn't refrigerate his medication as instructed on the label and gave it to me warm. They also gave me the wrong flavoring and didn't want to correct it. Days after giving my feline the medication, he started vomiting and stopped eating/drinking. When I told the pharmacy, they said it was normal. I’ve been with this pharmacy for almost three years and haven’t had any issues until now. My doctor called in a script last night on their voice messaging system but the pharmacy told me today they didn’t receive anything. I also called and left a voicemail yesterday at 9am asking for a call back and they didn’t respond until I texted them at 4pm approximately.
