I am writing to share my experience with Carefree Boat Club. Initially, the idea of a hassle-free boating alternative seemed appealing to me after 25 years of boat ownership. However, my experience has unfortunately not met expectations. The owner, Ryan, is extremely unprofessional and disrespectful to members of the club. My family has always had great experiences and the few other staff we have spoken to have been helpful, but Ryan has no respect for his members and their skill set. There have been multiple instances where Ryan has not been a good customer service representative, but during our last outing specifically, Ryan made it clear he had no patience for my father in laws driving while we were parking, made sexual comments and “jokes” towards my mot... read more

If you’re considering a Boat club Carefree makes it easy and Ryan is really responsive and detail oriented. New boats this year are awesome
