Careflex does not deserve to be given even one star ... worst in handling the claims and have huge delays, till you loose your benefits ...
I have been confused at times as to what I needed to do but I have to say that every time I called for help, they coached me and resolved my questions professionally.
No stars is what is deserved here. Nearly every other time I use my card they ask me for proof of transaction when it is clear as daylight that the transaction comes from a healthcare provider POS. This is one of those rare instances where you wish there was AI doing things vs. whoever is reviewing things there now
Literally gave them proof of transaction, did not bother telling me about the verification status, and then deactivated my card. ABSOLUTELY STUPID.
Very poor user experience. Way too complicated to get reimbursed for medical expenses.
