Apparently they think you buy car parts at your doctor's office or something cause these morons want a copy of the invoice sent to them as proof dang near every time I use the card to make a copay at the doc. The trouble is not worth the savings in the end... maybe that is the point to make you go to a plan with no FSA or change jobs. When asked by a survey at my work for three things to change to improve our work place, changing this provider was my number 1 suggestion.
Careflex does not deserve to be given even one star ... worst in handling the claims and have huge delays, till you loose your benefits ...
I have been confused at times as to what I needed to do but I have to say that every time I called for help, they coached me and resolved my questions professionally.
No stars is what is deserved here. Nearly every other time I use my card they ask me for proof of transaction when it is clear as daylight that the transaction comes from a healthcare provider POS. This is one of those rare instances where you wish there was AI doing things vs. whoever is reviewing things there now
