This place has served myself and family well over the years. Sometimes you have to wait a long time. They do handle things on a need basis. I just take that into account when going there.
This is a wonderful establishment and service to the people of Clinton county. The doctors are compassionate and the staffs are always professional. My wait time was just 30 minutes from checking in and seeing the doctor. The place is also very clean. I will definitely come back and recommend this facility to my friends and family.
Terrible customer service. When there was an issue with the billing it took 4 phone calls, 2 letters and still we never received a phone call back.
