Was my 1st time going yesterday. Front desk ladies were very nice. I was the only one in there, it took a bit before the PA came in. I was there for knee pain, couldn't walk properly. She looked at it, pressed on it. Told me to take ibuprofen and ice it. She was extremely dismissive and acted like I was wasting her time. I will not go back, and I'm probably going to be seen again tomorrow at the ER instead.

Don't be fooled by the 5-star reviews, this place is something else. I went in to get an inhaler refilled. Simple, easy solution, right? No, I was there for 45 minutes, the medical assistant tried taking my blood pressure numerous times and couldn't get the machine to work despite having a stethoscope tucked into her scrub top pocket. I think only the nurse practitioner has any real medical training. The medical assistants can't be certified. Do yourself a favor and skip this one.
