Both the nurse practitioner and receptionist were friendly, personable, and listened to my concerns. I have always had excellent service at the Sharonville location. I highly recommend for urgent care.
This place was outstanding. I was not feeling well. I had two bug bites and allergies but I am super afraid of going to the hospital or any doctor or urgent care. I found this place and the lady at the front desk was super helpful with figuring out my insurance and what it covers. I got into the doctor office and the nurse was awesome. She got me right and I am on my way to pick up my prescription. Just wanna say 10 out of 10 experience.
Receptionist was great the service was great as well. Great environment
