Would not recommend this place if you’re in the area. I’m not originally from the Cincinnati/NKY area and I’ve not found a great urgent care. I wanted to call out that I hand wrote down my pharmacy on my check in sheet for my prescription. A couple days go by and I never got anything about needing to pick it up from my pharmacy. The staff is very friendly and professional. They answered all my questions, helped me with my insurance, and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. The evaluation and tests were thorough, and the prescribed antibiotics are already helping! I feel much better.
Staff was very kind and welcoming.
