Both ladies I had an interaction with were very nice and helpful. Dr Rahn was very thorough and kind and truly seemed to care.

I want to again thank Hannah and Alyson at the Loveland Urgentcare! I came in late on a Friday night shortly before closing. They went above and beyond providing an excellent patient experience taking care of me without rushing or a bad attitude!!! They definitely went above & beyond. I have and will continue to recommend them – thanks again Ladies!!!

Would give a zero if I could.. at least for Brandy Rahm. She was beyond rude, condescending, unprofessional, and completely disrespectful. When in pain and coming to a professional establishment you should be attended to, and provided assistance. However, instead I was treated poorly just for being there as she was sitting on her phone when I came in and filled out paperwork.
