First, I walk in and it's dead silent to the point that you can hear every word that the doctor and nurses say to the patients in the patients all the way from the lobby. When I mentioned I could hear the diagnosis and treatment plan of one of the patients and they probably needed a white noise machine so that they aren't violating HIPAA, they could not have been less concerned. I came in near closing time and the staff still took me in and took good care of me. They listened to my concerns and treated me well. They were kind, caring and knowledgeable.
