Went for ear problems and the Dr said ok great care of me she is absolutely the best
Very pleased the reception Man was very kind and helpful sorry I forgot his name. Dr Barb was very thorough and answered all my questions. I thought maybe I had COVID but was bronchitis. Thank you for having a great place to turn when in need. I usually go to a different urgent care clinic in Florence and see Dr Bob or Olivia So, and would still go, but this urgent care is much closer and when you are sick closer is better. Thanks again
They prescribed my son meds and then the pharmacy couldn’t fill it and had to talk to the provider but then provider wasn’t in office the next day so they basically told me my son couldn’t get his prescription filled so we basically went there for nothing because if my child needs medicine why would I wanna wait for him to get the medication so he can get better. very unprofessional
No dr was on site. We had our granddaughter there and was there waiting in room over an hour before being advised we needed to go to another location
