Was going to put a 1. I went there had a pee test. They never ran it. They took my blood. Put it in wrong tubes, didnt have the other tubes I had to go back week later. And im not from that area. If it wasnt for a stunningly amazing MK From a diff clinic who was top tier customer service id have given this a one. I came in and she took care of me. Fast, friendly and said dont you worry I gotcha.
Took my daughter (5yrs old) in and was told that they would be in to examine her ears, nope they came in to swab her throat and said the provider wants to no if its step first before she comes in. I asked for her ears to be check prior to in case of an ear infection MA said no problem I agree (why put a kid through a swab if not needed). Sounds like a big money grab if you ask me! The care was very effective and efficient, The staff explained to me of my care and at the end asked me if have any questions! Which was awesome,
