Scheduling is a complete failure calls aren’t returned, follow-ups don’t happen, and you’re left doing their job just to secure an appointment. The front desk is disorganized and unresponsive, with little regard for clients’ time or needs. This level of neglect is unacceptable. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.
Absolutely disgusted with the customer service I received from Sabina. Her attitude and smirking behavior were extremely unprofessional. I was originally given an old address for the location. I arrived there at 9:55 a.m., only to find a notice on the door stating that the office had moved. I have really bad anxiety when it comes to almost anything medically related much less any of the machines… the tech read it right away on me, and comforted me through the entire thing. I wish more medical professionals were like her. I wouldn’t have such bad anxiety with doctors and hospitals if they were even half as compassionate and empathetic as her. I wish I remembered her name but she’s there all of the time so I hope this reaches her, thank you! 🩷
