CareFirst imaging in Port Orange is top notch! All staff from Ms. Coffey at front desk, Dawn MRI tech, to response team calls, texts and results emailed. Cannot say enough how caring compassionate and efficient this team is. I had an MRI completed and results in weeks before my “appointment “ with larger group could even see me! Second time at this facility and probably not the last. BTW I have terrible fear of MRI enclosure.. Not with this team!! Thank you CareFirst Imaging.
I was involved in an accident and referred to carefirst imaging. I am a slightly claustrophobic person so right spaces bring out the anxiety/ panic attacks. This was asked and answered but medicine was decided unnecessary. Everyone from Nia at the front desk, who answered all of my questions (which was a lot over the phone & in person) to Dawn who helped me feel at ease during the entire MRI experience as she communicated and provided comfort.
