Amazing experience!! From the recoptionist and Mrs Dawn, sweet and welcoming. Even though I'm claustrophobic Mrs. Dawn was there the whole time to guide me. She played me Disney music, provided a warm blanket and informed me how much longer left. Thank you
Everyone was so kind to me when I came in for an MRI last week. The facility was super clean, they explained everything well, & even had Fleetwood Mac playing in my ear phones. I was in and out in less than an hour. I only waited maybe five minutes. Great experience! Thanks ladies!!!!
My T6 vertebrae in my spine was crushed and needed an MRI to have a time sensitive procedure done. After getting pushed back again at facility my insurance approved, I reached out to Care first and they got me in the same morning! I did self pay because of the time constraints and can now proceed!! This is my new go to place for imaging. They went the extra mile with compassion and efficiency. I am so grateful. Thank you. CareFirst imaging in Port Orange is top notch! All staff from Ms. Coffey at front desk, Dawn MRI tech, to response team calls, texts and results emailed. Cannot say enough how caring compassionate and efficient this team is. I had an MRI completed and results in weeks before my “appointment “ with larger group could even see me! Second time at this facility and probably not the last. BTW I have terrible fear of MRI enclosure.. Not with this team!! Thank you CareFirst Imaging.
