Lacks diversity, in pharmacy and upper mgmt. but is quick to snatch a diverse populations money due to corporate greed and ignorance to not embrace diversity. Poor customer service especially in their hiring process.
No starts…. They dont pick up i cant even set up an appoint they just dont answer.
ZERO STARS!!!!! THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. CareFirst can't process their way out of a paper bag. I notified them that my deductible was incorrect in February. They said give it 30-45 days. Well, nothing changed. In May I realized that I had paid well over my deductible and started another series of calls. 3 months later I am still trying to get everything cleaned up and re-imbursed for the overages. Carefirst misplaced 2 of my monthly premium payments that my bank confirmed had been cashed on their end, and then while searching for them on their system and telling me all will be fine, continued to terminate my policy. This caused me two weeks with no coverage and all kinds of hassles linking back with the md health exchange getting coverage back.
