When you try to call them to get another phone number from them all they do is keep taking you through all these places that have nothing to do with you and it’s very annoying if you’ve ever tried to apply for unemployment then you know that it’s so hard to get through with people I went up there yesterday on Florida Avenue took care of everything that they requested me to do and now they’re requesting the same Crap that I did yesterday to do it so I called this office to get the phone number that I had gotten off of the tab... read more
I only received help from a Hispanic girl, as incredible as it may seem, the office was empty, all unemployment paperwork was done on a phone that according to 3 representatives did NOT listen and hung up, always at the same time, very unpleasant.
Worse damn workforce in all of Hillsborough county
