Very rude people who just want to start arguments. I remember when I first had SNAP, I had to have a counselor from here. I told her something like, “hello maam, I just want to clarify when I need to go to the appointment to make sure I can attend.” Her response was bizarrely abusive like, “oh so you don’t want to go to your appointment huh?” Later I qualified for the Workforce Innovation Grant for nursing school, where I was further abused by WIOA “counselors” from this office, who acted the same way. Excellent Service! Having patience is the key! Yes! Each one of us have a lot going on. Unemployment is hard. The resource room specialists at Gulf To Bay location are so awesome! They treat everyone with respect and go above and beyond to ensure each participant is assisted. The biggest take away is growth where ever you are on this new journey-

Sounds like I needed to ask for Mabel. Asked to fill out a form return when done and then would be shown next step. Five minutes to fill form went to return never saw staff again..45 minutes later still no staff! One gal taking care of about 10 people.
