I had recieved random emails and calls from them saying they had been forwarded my resume and thought they had a few options for me. Superficial company with mediocre interviewing skills. Even though I participated in a "getting to know you interview" that didn't explore my skills and experiences, by the rep and manager, it was determined I didn't meet requirements. I was judged by appearances and that's sad.
