The phone numbers listed for the CO locations are out of service. There's no way to contact them available. I need past documents as proof of employment and can't get them. Super. When I DID work for them, they refused to pay me the same amount as my male coworkers. They also used white-out on my exit interview paperwork to hide this as the reason I was leaving.
And this company is done. Contractors received an email a few hours ago stating that they would not be paid for their last week under CCI (week of 3/30) until settlements are received. And there is already talk of lawsuits.
Under the FLSA, it’s unlawful for an employer to withhold your paycheck, 'regardless' of their reason.
